Costs

For private classes I charge £40 per hour per couple for classes. These can be 3x 2.5 hour weekly evening sessions or all together over a weekend costing £300. All NHS classes are completely free.

Individual sessions are charged at £100 for 2.5 hours of parentcraft or postnatal support and £30 for 1 hour personal training. You may like to book yourself into a hotel ( so long as its within a 30 mile radius) I can provide  tailor-made classes  privately in your room.

         EQUIPMENT FOR PREGNANCY AND BIRTH

I sell 'MiracleBox' fitballs for £22 (RRP £29.99). These are excellent for maintaining correct posture during pregnancy and for minimizing backpain. Regular use in the latter weeks has been shown to encourage the baby to lay in the optimum position for birth thus minimizing the need for intervention and possibly Caesareans. they can also be used in labour either at home or brought into hospital.

Its important that you get the correct size for your height. Small is 55cm in diameter and is for women up to 5'4" and a medium is 65cm and for women 5'4" to 5'10". unfortunately they are not yet selling the large 75cm balls for taller ladies but hopefully this will soon change. You can buy regular 75cm balls from Argos/Amazon and sports shops but its important you get the 'Anti-Burst' ones which deflate slowly if they pop thus minimizing injury !

 The 'Miraclebox' is a box containing;

                                        TENS HIRE

I can also arrange for the hire of a 'TENS' machine for use in labour. This is available for 6 weeks around your due date and sent direct to your home. Its safe and natural for you and your baby,reccommended by midwives, ultra modern and simple to use and comes with a free DVD 'Miracle Box for Women- Natural Pelvic Floor Control for Women of all Ages'

 The total hire price through me is £20 ( normally £22.99)
